Eelco Keij from Holland recently followed his American fiancée Tracey Denton to the States. In honor of Halve Maen and the Dutch history of New York, Eelco decided to introduce a new treat to the New York market: Dutch Moon Cookies. This tasteful delight is an ode to the Dutch heritage of the City. The (mini) stroopwafel, the most traditional cookie in Holland, is half-dipped in the finest chocolate forming the shape of a half moon. All Dutch Moon Cookies are hand dipped.

Eelco and Tracey are working together to bring Dutch Moon Cookies to New York and beyond.
